All images created by James H Egbert dba Silver Branch Studios are protected by copyright law. The copyright to all photographs remains with James H Egbert DBA Silver Branch Studios, even after purchase of prints or digital files. 

Restrictions on Use

Reproduction, scanning, copying, or any other form of distribution or use of these images, including online posting, is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of James H Egbert dab Silver Branch Studios. 

Image Usage

James H Egbert dab Silver Branch Studios retains the right to use any images created under this agreement for professional samples, displays, website use, advertising, exhibitions, contests, submissions to journalists, and other print and digital purposes. Any commercial use, including but not limited to, publication in magazines, websites, or advertisements, requires a separate commercial license agreement with James H Egbert dab Silver Branch Studios, which will outline the specific terms and fees associated with that use. This copyright also extends to all social media platforms. 

Image Sales

If high-resolution images or prints are purchased, the client may be granted a written release for personal use, such as printing additional copies for personal enjoyment. However, this does not grant the right to reproduce, distribute, or sell the images for commercial purposes. 

Client Responsibility

If purchasing digital copies of images, the client is responsible for the safe storage and backup of those files. 

Consequences of Infringement

Unauthorized use of copyrighted images is a violation of federal law and may result in legal action and financial penalties.
